What do I need to bring?

Nothing but yourself, towels will be provided and you have the option to shower post massage if you'd like

What oil do i use?

I predominantly use sweet almond oil which is great for keeping your skin moisturised and soothing dry skin

Oops i've got aroused during my massage, what next?

This is a fear many men have and they really shouldn't, massage stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system which is responsible for causing erections. Don't worry about it, I've seen plenty in my lifetime and isn't an issue at all.

Should i shower before my massage?

Yes please, as I will be working in very close proximity to you I'd greatly appreciate that you shower before arriving (or arrive early for your treatment and shower here) I always shower before every treatment
